Large Double Room in Wood Green, available May

Hi there,

Looking for someone to let my room for may 14th to June 14th.

Located on Lordship Lane so only a 7 minute walk on one road from Wood Green station.

Spacious double room. Large galley kitchen and open plan living room. It is a 2 bed flat and you would be sharing with my friend Adam. We have lived very happily here for 2.5 years.

Adam is an easy going, very friendly theatre maker who enjoys playing video games, watching YouTube and going to the pub for a good amount of beers.

Looking for someone to move in early May who will share the same relaxed vibe as Adam. As it is just a 2 bed flat we understand the importance of having a harmonious atmosphere and sharing the communal spaces well.

Bills not included apart from Council Tax (Band C) already paid for the year.
