Female student or prof - for short term let only

We are looking for female student or Professional female person to rent this double room in victorian flat, ideally for a short stay of 1 month.

It's a comfortable, well decorated room and includes communal use of kitchen and shower room.

It is a reduced price as we are looking for someone who doesn't mind the presence of a 7 year old and an almost 1 year old. Hence why it is only suited to a short term let. The flat is quite large and one room is at the front whilst the other is at the back so any noise does not travel easily and it is is quite private.

I am 40 yr old female I live with my partner and little ones as mentioned above. I am looking for someone who is either a student or someone who is likely to have had a police check because of their job to rent our spare room.

I like to be around warm, friendly individuals and we are very used to having the occasional flatmate , usually students or professionals in the past, as it helps to bring in a little extra money from time to time.

The rent is £370pcm ...so a good bargain!
