King Bedroom with Bills Included

A recently refurbished master bedroom is available for rent in my 3 bed house. You’d be sharing with Luke, a speciality coffee enthusiast and Alex who's moving from Melbourne. She's an occupational therapist.

Rent is £575 per month. Utility bills, council tax and WiFi and regular cleaner all included. On street parking available in the close with a free council permit.

The room is a king bed with large three piece furniture suite (featuring a bedside table I made), and custom curtains. I'm fairly emotionally attached to this room and only leaving to do some travelling. I'm happy here and hope the person who takes the room will enjoy it and look after it just as much.

The rest of the house consists of the front and back garden with patio. Shared bathroom, living room, study and large kitchen with dining table. We have a pretty awesome view and are right next to Everton park, close to the Great Homer Street shops and market and about a 20-25 min walk to UoL.

I’ve put a lot of work into this house over the last few of years and I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out, so it’s important that anyone moving in looks after the place. No smokers please or couples please.

In terms of personality, we're looking for an older student or someone after for a homely vibe. A glass of wine on the sofa rather than all night raves. Plenty of kitchen space so all cooking and baking is encouraged, but you must be happy to clean up after yourself too.
