U don't need to use common. Only kitchen and dining area is on sharing basis. We are fine with vegetarians and non vegetarians both. Need the decent couple or two persons who can accommodate the room. Our house is 3 minutes away from the bus stop and 10 minutes away from the station 🚉. Local markets are near by.
