PLEASE NOTE - the room is available Monday-Friday only. I cannot accommodate a full-time lodger.

Large double bedroom with own shower room and toilet in downstairs area of large Victorian family home.

Ideal for single female professional needing a Monday-Friday room whilst working locally. We can’t accommodate other guests.

Plenty of parking on driveway and large garden and decking area you’re welcome to use from time to time.

You will be sharing with a busy professional mum who largely works from home, two studious teenage daughters (15 and 17) and two cats. We are often home but tend do our own thing in the evenings after dinner.

You will have full use of fridge/freezer, kettle etc. in the downstairs space and use of family kitchen upstairs for cooking. You can use the washing machine if you need also.

You can use either the main front door, or a side entrance which provides more direct access to the bedroom, toilet & shower room.

You’re welcome to leave a couple of work things in the wardrobe and under-bed drawers to save carrying lots of luggage every week.
