- very close to Harrow & Wealdstone station: 10 minutes walk and you have access to Bakerloo line, London Overground and National rail to Euston.

- great links to Harrow on the Hill and Stanmore underground stations: both are 15 mins bus ride.

- quiet estate which is 7 years old.

- bills included: water, high speed internet, council tax, tv licence.

- bills not included: electricity which will be split each month

- I’m a working professional; and split my time wfh and in the office.
