The room is spacious and bright, with a large window looking directly over Uxbridge Common. The room has been furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and large bookcase.

Our current lodger is moving out on 17th June. We are ideally looking for someone to move in on 29th June but can be flexible on the move in date.

We are looking for a lodger for ideally a 6 month rental or less, but can be flexible on this. Please do get in touch if you need the room for less than one year.

We politely ask for no enquires from males, students, couples, professionals working from home or night shift workers. We have young children in the house and hope you can understand..

Current household consists of two adults, two young children and a female lodger in a downstairs extension (with en-suite).

The house is situated on Uxbridge Common, with views from the dining room overlooking this. It’s a 15 minute walk to the town centre and train station. Hillingdon Leisure is a 5 minute walk away.
