URGENT: Seeking a Friendly Female Flatmate for a 2-Bedroom Flat – Move in by June 1st!

Hi! My name is Kanza, I’m 26 years old and work as a product designer. I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my spacious and modern 2-bedroom flat, as my current flatmate is relocating for work.

About the Room:
- Large room with a king-size bed, side tables, and a wardrobe.
- Includes a sofa which can be kept in the room or removed, depending on your preference.
- Additional private office/storage space available.
- A very large private balcony for personal use.

Shared Spaces Include:
- A well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities.
- Large living room with a balcony (and stunning views)
- A large, beautifully appointed bathroom (shared between us).

About the Flat:
The flat is cozy and fully furnished, designed to feel like a real home. It features a relaxing living area, a functional kitchen, and amazing views from the private balcony. It’s an Uxbridge station (Piccadilly and Met lines) so great transportation links. There’s 2 great gyms in walking distance, a Tescos and big Sainsbury’s nearby and a lots of shopping and eating out options.

About Me:
I enjoy reading, watching TV shows, crocheting, and staying active. I’m looking for someone who will treat this place as their home and who shares a clean and friendly living environment.

Details:
- Move-in date: Urgently by June 1st (non-negotiable)
- Bills (including council tax, electric, water and broadband) usually comes under £150 each
