Double room for weekday let (MON-FRI)

Spacious double bedroom overlooking a large garden in a detached house next to Preston Park. Less than a 5 min walk to South Kenton station (bakerloo line and lioness overground) and about 12 min walk to Preston Road station (metropolitan line). Bathroom and toilet are shared. The house additionally benefits from a monitored alarm system for added security. Utility bills are included subject to fair usage. The house is clean, tidy and homely. You will have access to the kitchen area and garden. Off street parking is available for a small car. Alternatively the surrounding areas has free parking on non event days.

About me
I am a live in land lady, currently living alone with my dog. At times my fiancé visits as well. I work in Bank and usually work from home. I do not smoke or drink.

About you
This room is for single occupancy only for weekday let (Monday to Friday, 5 days 4 nights). If you require fewer nights I can consider this as well. You will be a non smoker, non vaper and non recreational vice user. As I have a very friendly but excitable dog, you will need to be a dog lover. Professional and full time employed , polite, quiet, tidy and sensible. This room is not suitable for a home/remote or night shift workers. Short term lets welcome. Guests and additional pets are not permitted. House rules will apply.
