We are a retired couple offering a very clean comfortable double room with own private shower available to let to a professional male Mon to Fri stayer only.

Rate, is £640pcm.

The double room/ ensuite is on the ground floor.
Large and spacious and you will be provided with a wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair.

This is a Strictly non smoking household.

Extremely large kitchen for light cooking only.

This means you have access to microwave to heat up your own food, use toaster.
A shelf is provided in fridge.

There is free parking space on road and only a 5 to 10min walk to station Preston Road which is metropolitan line.
You can be in Central London Baker street in under 10 mins.

You will not be disappointed in the size of the room and location.
Property falls under council tax E

Please only contact if you are a professional Male that needs a room in London because you work here in the week.
You must be a very tidy person.

No full time stayers or house sharers, this ad is room only.
No use of washing machine at property.
