I'm looking for a student to take over my contract for a room in a 3-Bed Flat at Grand Felda House, a modern, affordable student accommodation block in Wembley Park.

Tenancy Details:
-Price: £199 / Per Week
-Start: May / ASAP (negotiable)
-Contract End: 19th July 2024.

(Contract is flexible and can be extended until next academic year over summer.)

-Great connectivity with bus station outside accommodation and a 5-minute walk to Wembley Park Tube Station.

-Current student
-Over 18

I need to move closer to Uni with how many hours I'm in, otherwise, I have no complaints here. There's several supermarkets and all essentials nearby, there's plenty to do and many travel links within a 5 minute walk, plus the flatmates are tidy, friendly and keep to themselves.
