My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a replacement.

About the place:
The flat is a 4 minute walk from Wembley Park station, which has the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines, and is 12 minutes from Baker St station.
It’s a modern 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with shared open plan kitchen/living area and shared bathroom. Included in the price is:
- Rent
- Bills including council tax, energy, water and wifi (please note bills can vary depending on usage but not significantly)
- Access to the on-site gym, use of communal work / leisure spaces and rooftop area.

About me:
I’m a 26 year old junior doctor who’s lived in London for 2 years now. My hobbies include: cooking, gym, running, going out for dinner, brunches, drinks, nights out and watching sports. I’m pretty sociable and am looking for someone who is like-minded, clean and respectful.
(Ps I’m gay and hope that isn’t an issue)
