Looking for a friendly flat mate

Hi there

We are a couple looking to rent out the spare room in our own flat.

The flat is located just over 5 mins walk from South Kenton (Overground and Bakerloo) and about 8 mins to Preston Road (Metropolitan line).

The room is double sized for 1 person. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and drawers. You can also benefit from access to a Sky/Now account access in the room so you can watch movies etc.

We are both easy going and friendly and are looking for a similar professional to share our home. We are quite house proud and are looking for someone who will treat and respect the place like home.

The flat has a large kitchen with dining table, large lounge and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet.
