1 bedroom in shared flat (New Town/City Centre)

Hi All,

I’m currently looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom of a lovely two-bedroom flat in Edinburgh's New Town.
(Open for short term).

The Bedroom is furnished with;
- A double bed with comfortable mattress
- Bedside table and lamp
- Double wardrobe
- Chest of Drawers
The room is cosy and is quiet.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms (1 which I live in and 1 which is currently available to rent), one bathroom (with bath/shower), Kitchen, separate pantry and a large living room with dining table, chairs and a comfy sofa)

The location of the flat is amazing in the heart of Edinburgh's Historic New Town 8 mins walk from St. Andrew Square Tram stop (very central) with plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets and cosy pubs close by.

Criteria for the new flatmate:
-Someone that is clean.
-Someone that is very respectful of common spaces.
- As I am part of the LGBTQ+ community I am looking for a flatmate that is respectful of the LGBTQI+ community.

A little bit about me:
-My name is Alejandro and I have been living in Edinburgh for 18 months.

-I was born and raised in Honduras, have lived in France for 1 year, 5 years in Taiwan and 2 years in Manchester.

-I am open-minded, very easy going, relaxed, and a fun guy.
