Hi me and my parter we are looking to rent the room in our flat (we are the owner ) for LONG TERM. I’m Italian and my partner is polish ,flat to share also with our adorable rag doll 1y and half old cat very playful. The price is 600 pm plus electricity/gas bills around 40pm ,15pm for broadband and 55 for council tax , smart tv in the room with Netflix, double bed , sea ​​View, bathroom rarely used by us (we have an ensuit in our room) and actually empty , super fibre , balcony , dryer, we are working full time and we are looking for a RESPONSABLE AND CLEAN PERSON , i had bad experiences so far and with people who rent long term and move away after a couple of months ,4th floor apartment with elevator, private locked bikes storage, close to lidle, Morrison , college ,B&Q , polish shop and more and a lot of buses 22,37 just out of building , 5min for the 16,19,200 ,8,9 and more
