Hi we are a retired couple who have a good sized room to let out. The rent is £850 pcm that includes bills, broadband and council tax. Ideally looking for long term rent but will consider short term.
The flat is a 2 bedroom lower villa in a good location. It is close to all amenities with walking distance to Morrisons and Ainslie leisure centre. Stockbridge and botanical garden are only two miles away where you can find nice restaurants and bars. Bus stops are at the doorstep which will take you into city centre in 10 minutes.
We are dog lovers and welcome well behaved dogs. It's great location to go for a walk either on the beach or at Inverleith Park.
