I am female professional who works in sport, enjoys keeping active and Edinburgh city living - outdoor exploring, good food, coffee shop touring & relaxed beers with friends, cooking and learning new things.

A spacious double room is available for a clean, chilled, friendly professional.
The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is space in the stair for a bike along with a shared well kept garden, offering a good bit of green space within the city for chilling, growing and outdoor eating..

I am often away a few weekends a month exploring and visiting friends so there will be plenty of time for you to have the space to yourself (but please no crazy parties)

Full time: £800 (bills inc)
Move in: from the start of June but later in July is also doable
*happy to discuss to agree alternative arrangement if mon-fri let preferable
