Refurbished Double Room in Harrogate

Newly redecorated room close to Harrogate town centre available for rent.

Hi I'm Chris, I've lived in my house in Harrogate for just over two years and looking for a housemate. House is a 15 minute walk from the town centre, in a nice quiet backstreet just off King's Road with lots of shops and amenities.

The house is over three floors, with the lounge and kitchen downstairs with a small toilet room. This advertised room, the main bathroom and my office on the second floor, and my bedroom on the top floor. There's a little yard out the back which I've been working on to make nice, and potentially a spare parking space out front.

All bills are included in the rental. The room comes furnished, I have not got a desk or wardrobe in there yet but will do when any rental is agreed.

Obviously I'd be looking for someone I would get along with reasonably well so I may ask to meet a couple of times before we agree anything, but the room is available now!

Ideally you would not work from home more than 1-2 days a week but I am open to discussions. I work at home part-time. Also will consider Mon-Fri :)
