I have a single , comfortable and bright room to rent, nicely decorated and fully furnished. This would be a full house share, but would consider Monday to Friday only , for the right person. There is a workspace/study counter in this room, ideal for your own laptop/TV, work or study. Four shelves will provide you with extra storage. There are eleven drawers in total for storage space and an additional two large drawers in the single divan
The house is situated in a quiet, residential area on the north side of Banbury with access to all local amenities, inc local retail parks, M40, train station, and within a 15 minute pleasant walk to Banbury Town centre. A very reliable local bus transport system operates every 20 minutes from the residence into town.

There are pleasant well tended gardens to the front and rear of the property. Disabled access is also available, if required. The successful applicant will have full, shared use of the kitchen , the use of your own wash basin and toilet, with shared shower unit only, and access to broadband also. This is a nice quiet household sharing with only one other person and would suit a professional person.

I have no objection to smokers, however this is allowed in the outside space only. I do ask that any prospective house mate speaks English, is very clean, very tidy , appreciates the Arts, is thoughtful and most importantly - very considerate, and also in possession of a very good sense of humour!
