Room to rent in 2 bed flat

I am looking for a professional female roommate to share the rent on my current rental property. I currently rent a large 2 bedroom flat that has a communal garden with the 5 other flats in the block, on street parking (right outside), bus stop to Cambridge directly across the road.
Room is currently unfurnished but willing to furnish with basics if required, has built in double wardrobe.

I am a health care assistant training to be a nurse, my study days are Monday - Wednesday when at university and may work from home during this time. I also work shift patterns, working some night shifts and just ask for respect of noise levels during this.
I share a dog with my mum who I look after at times, he is a 9 year old cocker spaniel, very loving and cuddly, he is not there all the time.

The room is currently empty and is just being used for storage

Happy to share living room space as long as all is kept clean and tidy.
Use of kitchen and bathroom.
