I am a live in landlord, and have a ground floor bedroom available. The room has a built in wardrobe, built in shelving, desk, bedside table, and single bed. There are two shared bathrooms, a kitchen/diner for everyone's use, and also an easily accessible patio/small garden.

Bills and council tax are all included. East, West, and South Croydon Train stations are all approx. 12 minutes walk from the property, along with local buses, trams and central Croydon high street all much closer, with shops and amenities all nearby. Looking for a quiet and respectfull working professional. £155 pounds per week, paid four weekly.
