Double Room Westvale Park

Hi - I have recently decorated and furnished this room ready to rent. It is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a sofa. Includes Sky TV and internet. All bills included. You have use of the kitchen and dining area as well as the shower/bath but you will also have your own bathroom with a separate toilet and sink etc. there is allocated parking if needed. I am a single female and my 6 year old son lives with me. We are both quiet and as it is still a family environment the person to share with us will need to be respectful of this as well as us being mindful of this being your home too! (My son is very well behaved and isn’t noisy or anything like that.)
