The room comes furnished with a king size bed, desk and wardrobe. 5 mins walk to penhryn campus, a min to riverside and 15 mins walk to Kingston or surbiton station. No gender preference. Suitable for either student or professional.
Extra £80-90 for bills(wifi, electricity &gas and water)
Student don't pay council tax but if you're a professional, council tax will be divided into 3.
