Double ensuite room in five bed detached house available in a nice part of South Croydon. As well as room photos there is a video of the house to show the local area and the layout better. There are woods nearby, (Croham Hurst), for dog walkers or getting some fresh air.

This is a fairly quiet house and area and so is not a party house. I will only be having one lodger so it will be a fairly relaxed quiet space which would suit a professional who needs a nice area and good travel links to London, the M25 and Gatwick Airport.

There are two big lounges so there is the choice to socialise or have a seoarate space. There is TV, Amazon Prime and Netflix in the lounges and in the rented room. I am into cinema and the rear reception doubles up as a bit of a cinema with big screen and surround sound.

The rented room is bright and airy, The furniture is quite new and clean, consisting of two large wardrobes, two chests of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The Wifi/Broadband is about 40 MBPS in the room. There is room for a small deskin the bay window, or a large desk that can be used in the adjacent vacant bedroom.

Kitchen is clean, not new, but all new appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.

Big garden, with patio area. Free on-street parking.

South Croydon train station is about 10 minutes walk away and is served by Thameslink trains and is approx 20 minutes to London Bridge or Victoria. Buses leave from the end of the road and it takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of Croydon. Gatwick Airport is a 25 minute drive or express trains leave from East Croydon. Within walking distance, in South Croydon, there are lots of restaurants / pubs / bars / coffee places.

Rent includes all bills and council tax.
