Bright rm in quiet tree-lined rd close to station

Bright, cosy room in modern flat 6 mins walk from Surbiton station. Very quiet peaceful road just away from the buzz of Surbiton high street.

The flat is modern and neutrally decorated, including fast broadband, washing machine, dishwasher and powerful shower, with access to residents parking if you need it.

I've lived here for 3 years and love it, it's cosy and peaceful - nice to come home to after a busy day at work. The flat includes a cleaner every couple of weeks just to get around to the bits that need a good scrubbing!

A bit about the room...it comes with a double bed, large chest of drawers and has a built-in wardrobe. It's at the back of the flat so very peaceful, and decorated in neutral colours. I've added some recent pictures along with ones in daylight.

A bit about me...I am a 33 yr old Marketing professional and work in central London - so do the daily commuting grind! I'm out quite a bit but also enjoy having a night in, cooking, sharing a glass of wine and generally relaxing. I am very sociable but also like my own space every now and again. I'm looking to share with another professional girl who is clean and respectful, who I can maybe share a glass of wine or watch a film with occasionally - hopefully someone who will become a friend as my other previous flatmates have!
