I am looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful flat in Birmingham city centre. I am a responsible and considerate professional man in my early 40s
The room available is a comfortable double with en suite and walk in shower. The quality needs to be seen to be appreciated.
The apartment has a shared living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is a little small but big enough to share.
The apartment has a very large balcony with excellent views. the Balcony gets morning sun.
I have a male cat who is friendly.
The building has a free residents gym, a communal lounge and an events room.
The rent I am requesting includes all bills and council tax. Obviously it goes with responsible use of the electricity. If there is a significant increase in energy bills I would want to have a discussion about a fair contribution.
