Three of us currently live in the house and we're all very friendly, easy going, working professional girls and we're ideally looking for a like minded female housemate (working professional) who wants to live in this very chilled out & sociable atmosphere, plus make some new friends especially if you're new to the area. We're sociable in the evenings after work over dinner when we're not doing our own things. We like nights out, chilling indoors with a film, cinema, nice food & wine!, gym, etc… generally all the good stuff!! We also respect each other privacy and like time to ourselves to relax and do our own things.

Regarding the house, we keep it clean & tidy in the communal areas and it's important the new housemate is like minded and doesn't mind doing their share of the cleaning. The house is centrally heated fully furnished and decorated to a good standard throughout. Includes cable TV, internet, large kitchen with plenty of storage space, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, cooker and washing machine etc. Outside, there’s a patio and south facing garden – great for summertime BBQ’s or relaxation time! There's also a secure shed for storage.

Importantly, the house is fully licensed as a House Of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) by Birmingham City Council, so fully complies to all safety standards and required annual safety checks. The landlord will be happy to provide these certificates upon request - he's a very nice and accommodating landlord!

Regarding location, the house is ideally situated on a nice quiet street, only 2 minutes walk to Bournville train station for very fast travel into Birmingham city centre. Trains are direct every 10 minutes into Birmingham New Street train station, going via Five ways (for Broad Street), Selly Oak (University), Queen Elizabeth & Selly Oak hospitals. Only 5 minutes walk to regular city centre bus routes, 2 large supermarkets, 2 large parks, Stirchley high street which is very up and coming (cools bars, cafes and restaurants opening all the time), pubs, chippy, restaurants, take aways etc.
