I have a an amazing room available to let in Harborne (B17).

Finding the right person is so important for me, The house would ideally suit a hard working professional or mature student, new to the area, looking for a home from home, who wants to come back to a comfortable space and share the occasional conversation over a meal or cup of tea / coffee but who also appreciates having their own space (and television)!!

My last lodger was at Birmingham University and has just returned to the USA after their course finished.

I have a great house with generous kitchen with high end appliances, and washing machine and tumble dryer. Doors lead to a gorgeous well kept garden and outdoor space.
The bedroom is fitted to a very high standard including a 2000 pocket spring mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and 43" smart tv.
There is access to High Speed internet (500MB) throughout the house allowing access to Internet TV accesible from your devices.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas and SKY TV / NETFLIX and an X Box...

The house offers on street parking, it has an alarm and is accessible for the QE & Birmingham University. Harborne High street, the City Centre and Fiveways are very easily accessible.

There is also easy access to the motorway network and Public transport is easily accessible (within 250m) leaving you within close proximity to many local and City Centre shops restaurants and pubs.
