2 large doubles by the sea

Hello. Would you like to enjoy summer right by the beach in Goring?

I have 2 double bedrooms available for rent immediately.

One is downstairs and has a super king bed, wardrobe, table, television and sole use of a downstairs shower room.

The other is upstairs and has a huge built in wardrobe, lots of storage and shares a bathroom with just one other person.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that we all share with dishwasher, washing machine and lots of fridge and freezer space. There is also everything you need for cooking - pots, pans, bowls, plates etc. Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars and free on road parking too.

The beach is less than a minute away on foot which is wonderful in summer. Sea Lane Cafe is about a 10 minute walk away, and there are nearby shops in West Worthing/ Goring.

Please send me a message me to tell me a little bit about yourself. I can't take phone calls as I am often teaching. I am looking for a professional person who goes out to work, someone who is clean and tidy and respectful to other housemates.

I will consider short term stays, but the rates would be slightly different.
