I currently live in Warrington but my landlady has decided to sell the property so I need somewhere asap.
I am 52 years old and single with no dependants and also a non-smoker and consider myself to be quiet but a friendly and considerate tenant.
PLEASE NOTE- I am currently unemployed though not through choice as I suffer with a bit of anxiety/depression so looking for an understanding landlord.
Clearly due to my circumstances, I am entitled housing costs so there is no issue regarding me paying my rent.
