Hey! I am Nine (33), and I am looking for a single or double room, ideally starting from June this year. I am currently in the final year of my PhD at the University of Birmingham, planning to finish at the end of September, and in the meantime I am full time employed as my funding has ended. I will most likely be in Birmingham at least until the end of this year. I am looking for a (social) houseshare with the right balance of also respecting other people's privacy. My budget lies around 450-550pcm max. I am generally tidy (certainly in the shared spaces) and will remember to buy the toilet paper ;). My hobbies are cycling, climbing, improv comedy (I will definitely invite you to our gigs!), running, swimming... I like to think of myself as open-minded and am usually happy for a chat or a drink both inside and outside the house! Or we could go for a run or bike ride if you're keen :).
