Buddy up/ room wanted in south side

Hello, I am looking for either a room or to buddy up on a flat in the southside.

I have seen a couple of 2 bedrooms flats in the southside that would be suitable. I am employed so there would be no issue for me being accepted on a flat and have a deposit ready to go for one. I also currently live in the southside so can attended views easily ect. Would ideally like to move in asap!
