Room with garden shed, or buddy up.
I am a professional with a full time job and I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/07/2024 and have a budget of £700 p/m. I have to give one months notice. I will share with males or females, ideally between 30 and 60 years old. I require either half a garage or garden shed to store 2 bicycles and a few boxes, or permission to erect a garden shed at my cost. If I leave, you may keep the shed.
