Looking for House share (Zone 1-3)

I'm Jacques (28) British, Gay, and I'm ideally looking for a place to call home in London :) I'm open to long/short term and pretty flexible. I would be looking to move in from October 2024, but happy to come to an arrangement depending on availability.

Work: Space Systems Engineer, mostly WFH
Housemate Qualities: Fairly sociable, Religiously tidy, Early riser, Quiet-(in terms of noise), Don't use the kitchen often.
Hobbies: Rowing, Hiking/Camping, Fitness, Video Games, Reading, All things Space

What I’m looking for:
Ideally a welcoming friendly Flat-share, near or in central London (Zone 1-3) with a room big enough for a desk as I’m mostly WFH.
