Female professional looking for places

I'm a female and friendly Taiwanese. I work as a Digital Designer for eLearning for Gloucester Royal Hospital. I work hybrid, so I only go to the office three days a week.

I am interested in renting
1. A room close to the train station to travel easily

2. A place I can walk to Gloucester Royal Hospital in Gloucester three days a week, even with my luggage (short-term tenancy is preferred)

I enjoy staying at a quiet and friendly place and getting along with decent people.

I care about how people who live with me feel and have a quality living environment with each other. I am used to keeping the spaces clean and tidy. It is non-negotiable to live with housemates/flatmates who often party and play games loudly till late at night.

Communicating in English smoothly for discussing the boundaries of accommodation is preferable for me because I want to avoid any misunderstandings. Although I enjoy chatting with people from different countries, I would love to have clear communication because English is my second language.😊

I am a foodie and animal lover, so I enjoy pet company in public spaces.
