I am 40 years old work nights. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 20/04/2024 and have a budget of ~ £600pcm. I would like to share with males and females, ideally between 20 and 50 years old.
May be single room, but price should be relevant...
In the house must be shared living room.
What else Should be:
Bed with good/new mattress. Proper wardrobe.
Parking and garden.
Fast Unlimited Broadband
All necessary kitchen appliances (microwave, kettle etc.)
Heating set to one temperature without any timers, min. 21 degrees
P. S. And bills should be included in Rent(All), not just"some included", without any hidden extra cost...
