Friendly, clean and respectful cafe manager

Hey guys&gals!
I'm a 29 year old Cafe Manager looking to move closer to work, I've lived in house shares for the last 5 years and am super respectful and I like to think fun to be around!

As I'm nearing 30 I've calmed it down a lot In the recent months, focusing more on more whsome activities, recently gotten extremely in to running! Still like to have a laugh though and love a good gig/pub outing, I also am very much in to music, playing piano and love a good DJ set. .

I'm looking for more of a home than a house and to make some new friends! But still respect peoples space massively and love having my own space as well.
