Single parent looking for affordable spareroom

Hi.. I’m recently separated and have my toddler on some days of the week. I’m looking for ideally a home with an extra room or someone in a similar situation but also willing to explore other arrangements. This could be a short or long term arrangement . I work part-time now but will begin full time work soon.. so also have childcare sorted.
