Room Wanted (preferably w/ensuite)

Hi! :)

My name is Esme and I’m looking for a double room between Newport and Chepstow.

I work full time and spend most evenings after work at the gym, yoga or pilates so will be out of the house a lot, mostly between the hours of 7am and 8pm.

At home I enjoy baking and making nice healthy meals, drinking lots of tea, reading, watching comedy panel shows and movies and doing more yoga at home.

If living with only other females I would be okay with a shared bathroom situation, but if there are male roommates or live in landlords a more separate bathroom or en-suite would be preferred, but it’s not necessarily a deal breaker.

I don’t drink at home (or in general) and I don’t smoke but I do vape occasionally. But have no preference if roommates do or don’t! :)

I love animals, and would be more than happy to have a furry roommate too!

I would need somewhere close to park as I do have a car.

Some other necessities would be locks on doors to bathrooms and ideally the bedroom, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
