Couple looking for new home

We’re a couple that are looking for a home together to live. Due to the current financial climate we found it may be better to share with other people. We’re quite sociable people, with a good sense of humour, good communication skills and moral compass.
My partner works full time in traffic management, so would be at home in the evenings mostly. We’re looking for a spacious double room, en suite (if possible),a parking space and all the usual utilities. Don’t mind smoking outside if required.
