Looking for single or double room

- Single or double room
- Has enough space for a desk for a computer
- Preferably under 700pcm as I'm trying to save up money
- Quieter household (I'm not someone who enjoys frequent house parties lol)
- Mid 20s to mid 30s preferred, not a dealbreaker though
- I mostly keep to myself, though I'm not against watching films or chatting with housemates, helping out with communal/shared items (e. g. bin bags, light bulbs, laundry detergent, etc)
- Typically, I socialise outside of the house and won't be bringing friends back a lot
