Couple and cat in search of Room

Hi!
I am moving to Loughton to pursue my Masters of Acting at East15. My partner of 5 years will be moving with me and will be teaching in a school nearby. We do have a cat, her name is Calypso and she is the sweetest cat ever. She is slightly pudgy so we try and play with her more so than normal (in comparison with family and friends). She has been tested as a mouse frightened and has succeeded in two different households where houses previously had a rodent issue.

We aren’t picky about the size of the space, but we would prefer to be nearby to the East15 school. We don’t smoke and would prefer to not be around smoke inside the house. Calypso also doesn’t get along with other animals. She isn’t violent, but will get incredibly scared and cower for days or weeks. That being said, she did live with an older cat for a month, sharing the space. This worked mostly because the other cat was even more scared of other animals.

My partner and I are relaxed. We like watching Netflix and finding tv shows and movies to watch together. We both like to cook, him more than me but we have also lived in roommate houses in the past so we understand sharing space.

We don’t really party and if we ever did have drinks it would most likely be casual with one or two other people or at a pub. We love board games as well!
