Local business owner, looking for ideally SA1 based accomodation. Ha e been a student, happy to share with stufents or professionals.
I'd likely only stay in the property 4 nights/week, spending the rest of the time with my kids in the home my ex-wife and I maintain for them.
Cat wouldn't be coming with... he lives with the kids :)
