Looking for single or double room near Guildford

Hi! I'm Tom and I'm a 20 year old claims representative looking for a place in/near Guildford.

I am looking at around 600 for a single or double room for [ideally] a tenancy of 1 year from mid-June (ish).

I'm quite a quiet person who likes to read, watch movies and go hiking when the weather's nice, but I do also love to socialise and meet new people. I'd also consider myself pretty easy-going and respectful of my flatmates.
