Professional male seeking periodic accommodation

Thank you for viewing my advert. I am looking for "periodic" accommodation (approximately 3-4 weeks stay, then 3-4 weeks away), agreed and paid in advance, for an overall duration of up to 12 months. The room must be clean and situated in a quiet location with easy parking. I do not require a large room, or lots of furnishings (a single bed and a small desk would be ideal!) and I can remove my "minimum" belongings when I am away. I am sociable, quiet, respectful, discreet and very tidy. I hope this arrangement might suit someone who doesn't want the commitment of a "full-time" lodger. Just to clarify, I am expecting to pay only for the time of my stay i. e. not for the time period that I am away. Thank you in advance for your consideration and proposal. Clive
