Looking for Double room with en suite and parking

My name is Stuart, I'm a professional sales executive.

I am looking to rent a double room with ensuite, studio or flat in Crawley, preferably with all bills included in the rent.
I'm outgoing and friendly and like to socialize but also like my own space and having done lots of house shares over the years, I know when to keep myself to myself.

I am in full time permanent employment, working for a healthcare company based in Manor Royal for the last 13 years. I can provide any references etc you may need, and would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Please note:
I am currently living up in Scotland while my Mum is going through chemotherapy. Now she is doing well; its time for me to move back down.
this means that arranging viewings may be difficult, but if you think I may be suitable for your room/flat, I would be happy to have a call/video call to introduce myself. I have friends and colleagues locally who would be able to pop over to view the property and take any photos etc. on my behalf.
