Quiet woman seeks calm home to share/lodge

I am looking for home with considerate, calm and clean people. I'd prefer to live with more mindful type people who keep their partying out of the house.
I'm happy to join a house-share or be a lodger.
I generally like to keep myself to myself although I'm not shy, and appreciate a friendly chat and the occasional shared meal from time to time.
I work in Buckhurst Hill and looking to live in, or within a short distance of that area with good public transport links, preferably near the Central Line.
My budget is approximately 800pcm (all inclusive bills).
I need to find a place by 1st July.
