I will be a live in landlady, however I will hardly be there, maybe once/twice a week due to my job. I have made the living room into one of the bedrooms so there is no communal area - in total there will be 3 of us in the property but as previously mentioned I will hardly be there. I just finished the garden which looks absolutely stunning!

I have two double rooms available (rented separately) to rent in a 2 bedroom maisonette with a garden in a quiet residential area.

The property is very close to Dunstable Town Centre; a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre.

Bus stop is near the house if you need it. Corner shop & chicken shop is a 20 second walk for your quick bread & milk :)

One parking space is available behind the property

I am ideally looking for a nice two house mates, professional, very clean and tidy and generally quiet, has manners and is considerate, non-smoking who appreciates the comfort of living with only 2 people in a homely environment.

The price is £650 (including bills - water, electric, gas, council tax, broadband, TV license) per calendar month and 1-month deposit is required.

No smoking in the house or the garden and no pets.
Credit check and payslips from the last 3 months will be required.
