The house is conveniently located by the river in Cambridge, and is only a 15 min walk from the city centre. The nearest supermarket is less than 200m away, and the Cambridge Retail Park is also located nearby.

We are looking for a third professional female to join us in the house from September. We are looking for someone who is both clean and tidy.

The room rate is £755 per month, excluding bills and council tax. The house is council tax property band C. All other bills excluding council tax (water, gas, electricity and wifi), are estimated to amount to circa £50 per person per month.
