This well presented annex has its own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. It is physically detached from the main house so very quiet.
Genuine honest landlord. Tenant must be in stable employment and be able to pay by standing order.
No deposit taken. Payment in advance of first month plus final 2 weeks rent upfront.
As this is at my main home you would be classed as a lodger rather than a tenant. As such it would not be suitable for anyone in receipt of housing benefit as it does not meet their criteria.
